What are the packaging methods of heat shrink packaging machine

Heat shrink packaging machine according to the different packaging methods, can be broadly divided into the following three packaging forms:

Open at both ends:

Wrap the package in a sleeve with a tube film or flat film, and then perform heat shrink operation. After the packaging is completed, there is a shrinkage opening at both ends of the package.

1. When using cylindrical film, first open the opening of the cylindrical film, then push the product into the cylindrical film with a slide slot, and then cut the film. As shown in Figure 1. This method is more suitable for packaging cylindrical objects, such as batteries. Paper rolls. Packaging of bottles and cans, etc. The advantage of cylindrical film packaging is to reduce the 1~2 seam sealing process, beautiful appearance, the disadvantage is that it can not meet the requirements of product diversification, only suitable for mass production of a single product.

2. Wrapping items with flat film in two ways:single flat film and double flat film. The film should be wider than the item. Use double flat film, i.e. use . The next two films are wrapped, and the two films are sealed and joined while the previous package finishes sealing and cutting, and then the product is pushed into the upright film by machine or by hand. Once in place, the sealing mechanism drops down and seals and cuts the other side of the product. After the film-wrapped product is heat shrunk, the package shrinks at both ends to form an oval opening. When using a single flat film, the flat film is unfolded first and the wrapped product is sent to the middle of the flat film to form a horseshoe shaped wrap and then heat sealed with a lap seal.

Four-sided sealing.

Wrap the product with flat film or cartridge film and seal the seam with a lap seal. For sealed product packaging.

1. Folded film can be sealed in L-shape by using a roll of folded film, pulling the film out to a certain length, placing it in a horizontal position, opening the open end mechanically or manually, and pushing the product to the fold.

2. A single flat film can be packaged with pillow bags. This method is to use a single flat film, first seal the longitudinal seam into a cylindrical shape, push the product into it, and then cut the horizontal seam into a pillow package, or tie the two ends into a cylindrical package with a card.

3. Double flat film sealed packaging on all sides is similar to open packaging on both ends, which can be completed by simply equipping the machine with sealing devices on both sides.

4. If wrapped with cylinder film, it only needs to be sealed when the cylinder film is cut. Puncture holes, followed by heat shrinkage. The sealer often has a piercing needle next to it. When heat sealing, the felting needle pierces the vent hole on the film, and the small hole often seals itself after heat shrinkage.

Open at one end:

Pallet shrink packaging is a typical example. First, the film is made into a large square-bottom bag, then the large bag is placed top to bottom on a stacked pallet of merchandise, which is then heat shrunk. The tray with the product is placed on a conveyor belt over the shrink film bag; the conveyor belt is fed into the heat shrink channel through which the shrink packaging is completed.

The main feature is that the products can be packed firmly in a certain number of units, will not be loosened during transportation, and can be stacked in the open air.
