A ​​vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine​​ is an automated packaging system designed to ​​create, fill, and seal pouches from a continuous roll of flexible film in a vertical orientation​​. It is widely used for ​​granular, powdery, liquid, or small solid products​​, offering high efficiency and compact packaging.

How It Works​​

​​Film Unwinding​​ – A roll of packaging film (e.g., plastic, laminated, or biodegradable) is fed into the machine.

​​Tube Formation​​ – The film is shaped into a vertical tube around a filling tube, with the ​​longitudinal seam heat-sealed​​.

​​Product Filling​​ – The product is dispensed through the filling tube into the formed pouch.

​​Sealing & Cutting​​ – Horizontal heat seals create the ​​top and bottom​​ of each bag, while a cutter separates individual pouches.
