A ​​pre-made pouch packaging machine​​ (also called a ​​bag-in-bag packaging system​​ or ​​ready-made pouch filler​​) is an automated packaging solution designed to ​​fill and seal pre-formed pouches​​ (stand-up, flat, or spouted bags) with products such as ​​liquids, powders, granules, or solids​​. Unlike form-fill-seal (FFS) machines, it uses ​​pre-manufactured pouches​​, making it ideal for ​​branded, high-quality packaging​​ with custom prints.

How It Works​​

​​Pouch Loading​​ – Pre-made pouches (with/without zippers, spouts, or handles) are fed into the machine from a magazine or robotic picker.

​​Pouch Opening​​ – Suction cups or compressed air opens the pouch mouth.

​​Product Filling​​ – The product is dispensed via ​​auger, liquid pump, or volumetric filler​​ (depending on material).

​​Sealing​​ – The pouch is heat-sealed (or zipper-closed) to ensure airtight packaging.

​​Output​​ – Finished pouches are discharged for labeling, boxing, or further processing.
